What is your secret to staying healthy?

I have tried to stay physically active. I need to get into a healthy routine once more and make some lifestyle changes. I joined the YMCA recently which offers many various classes and has awesome workout equipment. I would love to do some walking/hiking/biking in the Spring. I am hoping to learn from all of you; therefore improving my lifestyle!

On a scale of one to ten, what is your skill level of healthy eating?
