My name is JaiKartar Kaur and, I teach Kundalini Yoga and meditation and am a teacher of teachers in this field.

I was looking for a way of connecting with others to share the teachings, bring guest speakers, introduce meditations and generally create a joyful space of teaching, sharing and love.

Kundalini Yoga is a powerful and highly spiritually charged discipline, which gives one the chance to become aware, in the moment and truly feel the joy that is our birthright.
It was brought to the west in 1969 by Yogi Bhajan, who taught this yoga in the states and created 3ho, healthy happy holy organisation to share and spread these teachings of love, strength and awareness.

We practise kriyas in Kundalini Yoga, which are set sequences of postures, pranayam, mantra, meditation and movement that create an effect. These effects are the theme of a class or workshop and any meet up group events that we share.

Anyone can join, those who are interested in Kundalini Yoga, whether a beginner or an experienced practioner, this group is here to share with and serve all.

PS For those of you who maybe interested I teach a weekly class at The Healthy Living Centre in Islington on Monday evenings at 630-8pm. I also teach monthly workshops, first Sundays of every month here in London and first Saturdays of the month in Nottingham, plus many other workshops, retreats and in the future teacher training.
