For those who would like to stay on the path, we will be doing The 3 Day fast the first 3 days of every month for the rest of the year. I find a lot of women did not prepare, but you did it anyway. Everytime you do a fast it gets easier. Spiritually, Mentally, Physically, Emotionally, you are armed, and will be ready. All we have to do is stay "FOCUS".

Common Detox Symptoms •Cravings - You will most likely crave the most toxic foods for your body. Everybody is different. It's similar to a smoker trying to quit smoking or an alcoholic trying to stop drinking. That's all your body wants both physically and mentally. It's the same with food! •Fatigue - When your body is fighting the toxins, all your energy goes into healing. This can leave you feeling exhausted. •Irritability - This is mostly mental. You're not hungry, but may be used to eating something out of boredom. This causes stress and irritability. (You might experience this)

Set your intentions tonight before you go to sleep. It will help to process your desire to fast on a subconcious level as well. Sometimes the mind wants one thing and spirit wants another so this will be a good way to get all aspects (Body, Mind & Spirit) in unity.

    Hi Ladies,
Don't forget to drink your water. It's suggested to drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces daily. I drink water at room temperature. It's easier to consume large amounts. People just don't drink enough water, especially Woman. Water should be the first thing you drink upon wakening. I made the avocado ice cream it delicious. Count down 5 days left.

Is everybody ready? Count down, 10 days left as of 2/18/13 for our 3 Day fast. Are you preparing mentally? Did you start to wean yourself off sugar, other stimulants (coffee, cigarettes and alcohol), meats, fish and dairy? It is easy to say your going to do this, but are you really ready? Some are!!!! Be accountable to yourself. For some of us this can be life changing. Just remember this is your fast. If you just give up sweets, you did something. We can always push to do more, just stay focus. Don't forget to exercise, a 30 minute walk, if you only do 10 minutes, pat yourself on the back. I am elated that everyone wants to make a healthy change in their life. Thank you in advance for helping me and all who are apart of this journey.

Hello ...this is just a suggestion. Everyone can start where they feel comfortable. I know someone personally who has been fasting off of liquids since Oct. 2012 and as of last night still is. They have been vegan for over 30 years, well known, and have more energy than me. Her name is Adama. She is someone you can talk to anytime.

    http://www.meetup.com/The-Meeting-of-the-Inner-Circle/

If someone can only give up sweets for the 3 days than that is their fast. I'm only giving suggestions on what I'm doing. When a person makes a transition there is any where between 5 to 25 pounds of undigested fat in their colon. Different types of recepies are listed below. Disclosure: Please check with your Physician before going on any type of fast.

Let's prepare mentally. It is easy to say let's get started but are you really ready, some are. I need help that's why I asked everyone to join me, this makes me accountable. We have to know what we are going to put in our mouth for the next 3 days. Let's start with the word Breakfast. Some of us think eggs, pancake, grits, bagel and cheese etc. Let's break the word down "BREAK...FAST". You just broke a fast waking up from sleeping. When we have heavy food, most of the time you feel tired all over again and ready to go back to bed. In the morning we really should eat light or live. Live foods keeps us lively.

Orange, Avacado, Spinach Salad This salad recipe kind of sounded like an odd combination when I first tried it, but the flavors actually mesh pretty well together. The sweetness from the orange goes nicely with the tangyness of the lime and creaminess of the avocado. Ingredients: •1 orange
    •1 Tbsp olive oil
    •1 Tbsp lime juice
    •Dash of sea salt
    •2 cups baby spinach
    •1 avocado, sliced
•Black pepper Directions: 1.Section the orange and use a knife to cut off the skin from the sections. Try to drizzle any remaining juice into a small bowl. 2.In the small bowl containing the orange juice, whisk together the remaining juice, olive oil, lime juice, and sea salt. 3.In a serving bowl, add spinach and sliced avocado. Pour dressing over top and gently toss. Sprinkle with black pepper. (Don't forget to check the discussions / message boards.)

    Gourmet Raw Banana Pudding

Forget the vanilla wafers and store bought pudding. One only knows what chemical non-sense goes into those things. Try the raw food version of banana pudding with the added richness of almond butter and a little cinnamon kick. Sprinkle it with some nuts & you’ve got a proper dessert in under five minutes.

    Ingredients:
    2 ripe bananas
    2 cups almond milk
    1 tablespoon chia seeds
    1/3 cup chopped dates
    1 tablespoon vanilla
    3 tablespoons raw almond butter
    cinnamon to taste

Combine in the Vita-Mix until creamy smooth then pour in the containers you want to serve it in. Chill until set. Top with extra banana slices, spiced pecans, or just an extra dash of cinnamon.

    Favorite Raw Green Smoothie
    ■1 green Apple
■1 bunch of Kale (or any other kind of dark leafy green)
■1 young thai coconut – whole (flesh and water) If you don’t have coconut, you can also use coconut shreds or flakes or coconut butter. If you don’t have coconut water, you can use water.
■Spirulina (as much as you like)
■1/2 cup of hemp seeds (optional…well actually everything on here is optional…all just ideas)
■1 t of stevia (if you are going to use stevia as a sweetener make sure it’s whole leaf organic stevia) I’ve also been varied the base of my smoothies. Sometimes I use a nut or seed milk if I want it to been really creamy, and sometimes if there’s some vegetable juice in the fridge, I’ll just use that. You can also try making the base all coconut water, or simple just top up with fresh spring water. The options are endless in terms of what you put in your green smoothies. Have fun with it, play, experiment and put lots of love energy into your food!
