Would anyone like to join me in a 5 day fast?

We will be juicing, fasting & meditating.

No Meat

No Dairy

No Starch


We will stay focus on what we will eat. If you have a live food recipes please post it.


We can look good on the outside.

    I hope everyone had a wonderful experience. My last two days was a little off. But, I will stay conscious of what I'm eating until next month when we start our 6 day fast beginning June 1st. Have a fabulous and nutritious rest of the month. Please share your experience.

    Common Detox Symptoms

    •Cravings - You will most likely crave the most toxic foods for your body. Everybody is different. It's similar to a smoker trying to quit smoking or an alcoholic trying to stop drinking. That's all your body wants both physically and mentally. It's the same with food!

    •Fatigue - When your body is fighting the toxins, all your energy goes into healing. This can leave you feeling exhausted.

    •Irritability - This is mostly mental. You're not hungry, but may be used to eating something out of boredom. This causes stress and irritability.

    This morning I had 16oz of alkaline water, 16oz of clay water, fruit smoothie, and a internal cleanse. Right now I'm having lunch, celery spread with tahini, almond butter, raisins and 50oz of alkaline water. For dinner I will have my green juice, hot tea and more water. Stay focus and let us know how you are doing.

    Count down 5 days. Plan what you are going to eat, drink, and/or juice. This is your fast, make it personal. Just stay focus

    If you are having problems fasting from food. Try fasting from negative people, cursing, alcohol, and sweets. Fast food restaurant like burger king etc. Stop spending money on things you don't really need. See how much you can save. Fast from lying, tell the truth for 5 days or just be quiet. Everybody doesn't always have to hear what you THINK they need to hear.

    Start to wean yourself off sugar, other stimulants (coffee, cigarettes and alcohol), meats, fish and dairy? It is easy to say your going to do this, but are you really ready? Some are!!!! Be accountable to yourself. For some of us this can be life changing. Just remember this is your fast. If you just give up sweets, you did something. We can always push to do more, just stay focus. Don't forget to exercise, a 30 minute walk, if you only do 10 minutes, pat yourself on the back. I am elated that everyone wants to make a healthy change in their life. Thank you in advance for helping me and all who are apart of this journey.
