Ecstatic conduction, the nervous system, grounding and breath

To begin with we all need to understand that the body is not an enclosed system. We breath, we eat, and we connect energetically with all that which we are open too. We also should understand that we are able to directly participate in these inputs and outputs. What we eat will determine to a large degree how we feel. If we eat a poor diet then the body will reflect our choices and we will feel run down, heavy and dense; these feelings have a direct impact on how we embrace life and perceive our path. Just as solid foods nourish the solid aspect of our body, the air we breathe nourishes us on a more subtle level. Air is of a higher resonance, and directly affects the brain and the nervous system. Through breath work we are able too calm the mind and generate energetic reserves in the body though increased efficiency. Our conscious participation in these processes allow the body to change and move towards the ideal template which is ingrained in us all energetically. As the body cumulates reserves of energy and the muscles and connective tissues restructure we become witness too ecstatic conduction. Our totality wants to achieve the heights which is part of our destiny, all we have too do is allow. The act of surrender, is simply witnessing all that arises. When we open to universal flow we allow this energy to move through us; stuck emotions move on, and tension in the body releases. For this process to leave us feeling whole and well integrated we have to participate on all levels, body mind and spirit. So eat and drink to flourish physically, breath to access the minds strengths, and surrender to let the infinite show us just how expansive we all are. Begin choosing those activities and inputs which bring you joy and peace, and recognize those aspects of your life which are in conflict with joy and peace.
