I have been a recreational runner for most of my life. Dropped off for a few years due to a complaining knee but ready to get back into a running routine and meet some new friends.
Moderate mostly as cross training

I want to be able to run a 9 -10 minute mile and 400 yards in 1:50 -2:00

Wonderful group of People. All levels of abilities. I went to one track workout so far. I haven't been to a track workout in a very long time. I got through it because of the encouragement I received from members of the group especially from Monte.
