Tonight, we are back at 3:2 walk/run for 35 minutes. Remember to utilize the stronger core you are developing as a result of your RFT. Only go as fast as your form allows. Trying to out run what your frame can stand will make you sore and inefficient. And don't forget to RESET when needed! No injuries here!!
Thanks Dr. Carvalho for the nutrition information at the Clinic. We have information to use this Academy and beyond in our running careers. If you need a copy of the Food Journal Dr. Carvalho was talking about on, go to meetup to print one out.
We'll work on our pacing using the metronome tonight. Step. It. Off!
Check out Meetup for the Valentine's/Olympic Run this Thursday!! Come dressed in Red or with Olympic Spirit and get your name in the hat for a prize! Really good prizes! It's fun to jazz it up!
I'll see you at the Pier at 6:00 - and really looking forward to it.
