Great Breakfast at Central Park Cafe
So today's work out is 45 minutes less walk break as much as possible. 14 minutes warm up easy pace at 6:1 ratio. We will be doing some rolling hills at a pace that is not hard but steady for 20 minutes. Use the final 11 minutes a our cool down.
