RA101 Huntington Beach Pier

Hi Snails,

Great job Tuesday night at our new interval!  You did great!

Welcome to Thursday night and a repeat of our stair work out.  We will take it slow again, but I want to give you another option for your cross training.  You can use this work out at home or work.  Remember, it uses more muscles to take stairs than the elevator! 

RA101 - 35 minutes at 2:3 walk:run.

RA101.5 - 45 minutes 5:1 with 2 intervals on the sand.  Try and run the whole interval on the sand.

Topic of night:  Fuel - we'll continue our discussion in preparation for our Nutrition Clinic on Saturday.
