RA101 Fairview Park

Hi Snails!

GREAT job this week on your new interval change!  You did great!  More improvements each week!  Keep up the great questions too!

This week we meet at Fairview Park for our 50 minute run.  Before our run we have a great "Nutrition for Runners" clinic presented by Dr. Carvalho.  I know this will answer any and all questions you have regarding fuel and hydration.  This clinic is especially important as our run times are increasing and we are now running more than walking. 

101 - 50 minutes at 2:3 walk:run.  Easy pace to improve your endurance.

101.5 - 60 minutes at 5:1 (yes, run than walk!)  At a pace to be able to talk to your running partner.
