RA 102 Track Night

DUE TO THE OPINIONS EXPRESSED BY MANY OF OUR ACADEMY MEMBERS, WE WILL CONDUCT TRACK NIGHT AT EL TORO FOR ANOTHER WEEK.

We will warm up with running 6 minutes and walking 1 minute at a nice easy pace for about 15 minutes.  After our warm up you will run for 20 minutes and add in a few 60 second surges.  Remember a surge is not a full out sprint, but you want to pick up your pace.  After your surge slow down your run to catch your breath and continue running. I would like you to do at least 3 surges this week. Next week we will add more.  If you want to challenge yourself, every 3 minutes do a surge! Brittany
