Hope everyone is feeling good today. All of you did great job Saturday! We were able to run more than a 10K or 6.2 miles. We were very close to running 7 miles. Awesome!
On Monday, we are running 2 intervals of 7:2 and 22 minutes of non stop running (No Walk Breaks). After our run, 25 minutes of Foundation Training.
