Have you seen the TV commercial for Gatorade featuring the slogan "One More"? It is a great motivator that can be applied to our workout. One more interval....one more minute....one more ??.... Have the slogan in your head when we are running. Let it help push you through the challenging part. You will be proud that you didn't give up and you accomplished another part of your goal.
Today we add on 5 extra minutes to our run completing 9 intervals. We will continue with our 4 minute run and 1 minute walk. Piece of cake! ':-) Stay relaxed and think "One More". You got this!!!
Mid week Schedule:
Tuesday - Cross Train
Wednesday - 45 min run at 4 min running: 1 min walking plus 20 min foundation
Thursday - 30 minutes foundation
Eat well and hydrate.
