Running 102 10K Training

Hello Runners,

Let start our Saturday morning on the right foot. This is going to be our longest run of the Summer Session. We are running for 85 minutes using 7:2 ratio. 

Make sure to get plenty of rest and hydrate before you run. It will be a perfect running weather. Hope you can make it! We will be meeting in Lots B & D right next to Brookside Restaurant.

Try to arrive at the Rose Bowl before 6:30 because there is going to be a UCLA football game tonight against New Mexico St. The sooner we start, the sooner we finish!
