Don't miss the Running Foundation Training Workshop. This workshop is running level specific.
*The workshop is going to be the workout for the day. There will be NO run after.
**Be sure to bring a mat, a towel, and water.
A Snail's Pace along with our Team Doctors of FORMA have developed an evidence based, structured training program designed to reduce the risk of injury and increase your overall health profile. A critical part of the training program is the "Foundation Training". We have learned that you need to "Train to Run" not just "Run to Train". The exercises that you will learn will not only be sport specific to running but will be distance and running level specific to aid in the bodies adaptation to the stresses added as we increase duration and distance of our workouts.
You will be completing these exercises with your coach after your Mon./Wed. runs. Foundation Training is the backbone of running safely and greatly reducing the risk of injury.
