Well here it is it's, Goal Race Time!
Now is when you put all of that hard work to use, but before you do you have to prepare for the big day.
Remember that you need to start hydrating now. I can't stress this enough, I know you've heard me say this more then once but it's very important that you hydrate for an event of this distance, if you don't it can have some dire implications.
Start putting out what your going to wear for the race now, that way your not running around like a chicken with it's head cut off the night before your race trying to find your favorite compression shorts because their still in the hamper.
Get your hydration gear ready and determine how your going to carry your nutrition during the race.
If your interested in getting in a carbo load we can go to the Olive Garden on Thursday evening if you like. We'll talk about it further with everyone after Monday's run.

Sunday the 6th. - 3 Miles
Monday the 7th. - 3 Miles
Tuesday the 8th. - Off
Wednesday the 9th. - 3 Miles
Thursday the 10th. - Off
Friday the 11th. - Off
Saturday the 12th. - Off
Sunday the 13th. - Goal Race ( Long Beach Half Marathon )
