RA 102 - 10K Winter Training Session

This Saturday we will be running for a total of 50 minutes! This will be a LSD run (long, slow distance run) and we will continue with our walk 1 minute/run 4 minutes interval. Even though this run will be at a slower pace, we will continue to be conscientious of our cadence and try to keep it around 180 steps per minute. Looking forward to running with you all!
