Hi all! This Saturday you will be running for a total of 50 minutes at a run 4 minutes/ walk 1 minute interval led by Coach Anne :) This will be your last run at this interval! Continue to pay attention to your posture (hip-to-nip, close the drawer, midfoot strike right under your hips, etc.).
