102 - 10K Winter Training Session & Spooktacular Halloween Fun Run!

Hey Snails! Don't forget to dress in a "running friendly" costume or with Halloween themed embellishments!

Raffle tickets for a chance to win an awesome prize will be given to those who show their Halloween spirit!

Treats (or tricks) will be served before and after our training run!

Tonight you will be running for a total of 50 minutes led by Coach Jose :) You will warm up for the first 18 minutes of the run at a run 5 minutes/walk 1 minute interval. Following the warm up you will run for a continuous 25 minutes (if possible). Please remember to listen to your body and take walk breaks if you need them. However, if you feel good, don't be afraid to go for it at an easy pace. The last 7 minutes of the run will be a nice, easy cool down. You will finish the work out with 15 minutes of Foundation Training.
