Today we will be running for a total of 50 minutes :) We will warm up for the first 18 minutes of the run at a run 5 minutes/walk 1 minute interval. Following the warm up we will run for a continuous 25 minutes (if possible). Please remember to listen to your body and take walk breaks if you need them. However, if you feel good, don't be afraid to go for it at an easy pace. The last 7 minutes of the run will be a nice, easy cool down.
**There is a nutrition workshop tonight with Dr. Buckley at 7PM. We will end our workout with stretching, but will not be doing Foundation Training.
