102 - 10K Winter Training Session

Today we will be running for a total of 65 minutes!  We will be running at a nice, easy run 5 minutes/walk 1 minute interval. Remember this a long, slow, distance run. Take it easy and enjoy the morning! Here is my all-time favorite running quote:
