We are going to meet the other running groups in Sierra Madre. Coach Anne will take you on a 45 minute run/walking through this beautiful city. Make sure you eat well and hydrate prior to and Saturday morning.
Here are directions: Exit off Baldwin on the 210 and go north, it's on the east side of the street, right on the corner of the Sierra Madre and Baldwin. Be sure to park behind the meat market or you will get a ticket.
How are the 2:3's going? How are you feeling? Don't expect every day to be better than the last. Some days you will be slower than others and some days might even hurt a bit. But as long as you are out on the road, it's a good day. :-)
Here's your schedule for the end of the week:
Thursday - 25 min foundation training
Friday - Rest
Saturday - 45 minutes at a 2 minute run:3 minute walk ratio
