All of you did a fantastic job of running your second 14 miler of the season. In this run, I saw some fatigue and frustration near the end of the run. You got to remember, when running a marathon you must stay positive and encourage your partner to keep going and importantly HAVE FUN!
In our SWEET 16 miler, I will provide some water, powerade and pretzels around mile 10. So we will be able to finish this run in a positive note.
After our run, we will be having a mid-morning potluck at Karlas' house. Make sure to e-mail Karla what you will be bringing.
