I am so sorry for the last post, I thought I already did this but Christmas festivities got the best of me..
Well, great job to all at Bonelli park. That is not an easy place to run, however you are used to hills as we have had training before in Sierra Madre the city & Sierra Madre the street. :)
Here is your schedule for the week (FT=foundation training):
Sun = Recover
Mon= 4 miles +25 min FT
Wed = Christmas! ENJOY!!
Thurs= 40 min FT
Fri = Off *eat leftovers
Saturday = 10 miles
**We will be meeting early at the beach for our all chapter beach run. We will meet at 6:30am at Edison Community Center. Please try to wear your Running Academy shirt so we will all be able to recognize our group on the trail. There will be an aide station, so in order to run past it, please make sure to stay on the upper trail. Make sure to rest up and eat something at least an hour before. Suggestions: toast, bagel, with peanut butter is always a fav, cereal, banana, protein bar. Now is the time to experiment as to what will work.
