Nice work yesterday at the beach run...10 miles down! Be proud. I hope you girls listened to me and ice'd and rested...
Here is your schedule for the week:
Sun = Recover
Mon = 4 miles + 25 min Foundation
Tues = Off
Wed = New Year's *If you have time a 4 mile run
Thur = 40 min Foundation
Fri = Off
*Saturday we will run 9 miles. Make sure you rest up before the run and eat good Thursday on.... Start to hydrate on Thursday as well.
Below is a great saying to keep reminding yourself as you increase in your miles:
"It's very hard to understand that the whole idea is not to beat the other runners. Eventually you learn that the competition is against the little voice inside you that wants to quit."
