All of you did a fantastic job! Those 12 miles look easy for you. That run was a preparation for your next long, long run an 18 miler. No Worries! You got this! There will be water aid station in your next run. Stay positive!
Be sure to hydrate 2 days before your long run and stay away from eating fatty foods (ex. Mexican nachos) so you won't feel sluggish the next day.
