RA 301 LA Marathon Training

Hello Runners,

All of you did a fantastic job! Those 12 miles look easy for you. That run was a preparation for your next long, long run an 18 miler. No Worries! You got this! There will be water aid station in your next run. Stay positive!

Be sure to hydrate 2 days before your long run and stay away from eating fatty foods (ex. Mexican nachos) so you won't feel sluggish the next day.

Here is your schedule for the week:                FT=Foundation Training

Mon. Jan.6th               5 + 20 FT

Tues.                                 OFF

Wed.                            5+ 25 FT

Thur.                                  40 FT

Fri.                                       OFF

Sat.                                     18 Miles

Gentleman it is your turn to determine where our route is going to be for Saturday.

If you have any suggestions or ideas e-mail me back and I will make final decisions.

Ryan has planned our route for Sat. run. Men, you have until tomorrow where you want to run.
