This week we continue with our second week of the 5:1 Interval Ratio.
Monday's run will be a 50 Minute run, starting with an 18 Minute Warm Up at an easy pace with 5:1 Intervals. During the next 21 Minutes we switch to a 5:2 Interval Ratio (running 5 minutes hard with a 2 minute walk break recovery) x 3. The final 11 Minutes is a very easy paced cool down run without walk breaks.
