Nice work Saturday at the Rose Bowl. Everyone came in super fast and looking great. Just a reminder that your Saturday runs are supposed to be slow. This means you should be able to carry on a conversation without getting too winded.
I just wanted to give a shout out to your teammates, Gillian, Kasia & Lauren for completing the Surf City Half Marathon Sunday. They killed it!! Be Proud!
Here is your schedule for the week:
Sun = 3 miles
Mon = 3 miles +20 min FT
Tues = Off
Wed = 4 miles +20 min FT
Thur = 35 min
Fri = Off
Saturday = 8 miles You are all ready! *Reminder: Make sure to eat something at least an hour before the run. Good choices are; protein bar, toast w/peanut butter, banana or even cereal. Also, please make sure to bring water for your run maybe even a carb replacement like beans, shot bloks or Gu. I will have some stuff with me if you don't have anything.
