Snails LOVE LA & Ready to Rock 26.2! Los Angeles Marathon RA301 Goal Race!!

CONGRATULATIONS SNAILS!! RACE DAY IS FINALLY HERE!! WOOHOO!!!

All your hard work is about to finally pay off! Be very proud of yourselves and enjoy the moment!

Arrive early!! Try to be at Dodger Stadium by no later than 5:30 AM!!!

Yes! A 4:00 AM shuttle is recommended!

There will be 25,000 runners, plus their friends and family...there will be a lot of traffic and stress if you do not arrive by 5:30 AM!!

IMPORTANT!! Don't forget to SPRING FORWARD and adjust your clocks Saturday night!!! 

*Remember, all Snails are meeting before the race at 6:45 AM! We will meet next under the right field scoreboard...look for the flying Snail banner!

*7:00 AM group photo, a brief warm up, then off to the starting line.

**Also, your fellow Snails will be cheering you on just past Mile 23 along the San Vincente Blvd.  green belt. There will be extra water, electrolyte drinks, Coach Joy's signature donuts, and other delicious treats to help you get to that finish line energized!!

Runner Info/Expo & Packet Pick-Up

The race itself is only half the fun. Featuring interactive exhibits, live entertainment, the Official ASICS LA Marathon Merchandise Store, product trials and all things marathon, the NutriBullet Health & Fitness Expo is one of the highlights of race weekend.

The NutriBullet Health & Fitness Expo annually hosts over 150 exhibitors featuring the brand-new designs in running gear and shoes, as well as the latest developments in sports, fitness, and nutrition. In addition, the Expo is the home of Participant Packet Pick-Up for all marathon runners. The two-day NutriBullet Health & Fitness Expo is free and open to the public.

Packet Pick-Up is located at the NutriBullet Health & Fitness Expo.  All packets must be picked up at the Expo during regular Expo hours. There will be NO race day Packet Pick-Up.  Packets will NOT be mailed to participants, no exceptions.

You MUST bring a valid photo ID to Packet Pick-Up.New for 2014: Due to increased security regulations, you must pick up your own Participant Packet (which includes your event-issued bib number and timing device) at the NutriBullet Health & Fitness Expo during regularly scheduled hours. Individuals will not be able to pick up Participant Packets on behalf of others.  We understand that some unavoidable conflicts will occur; if that is the case, please email

GETTING TO THE NUTRIBULLET HEALTH & FITNESS EXPO

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION 
Participants are urged to use public transportation to attend the NutriBullet Health & Fitness Expo.  The LA Convention Center is served by the Metro Blue, Expo, and Silver Lines. Use the Metro Trip Plannerto plan your trip.

METRO BLUE LINE 
Board any Metro Blue Line train and exit at Pico Station and walk one block west to the LA Convention Center.

METRO EXPO LINE 
Board any Metro Expo Line train and exit at Pico Station and walk one block west to the LA Convention Center.

METRO RED LINE 
Board any Metro Red Line train and exit at 7th/Metro Station and walk five blocks south on Figueroa St to the LA Convention Center.

METRO SILVER LINE 
Board any Silver Line bus and exit at the Pico/Figueroa St stop and walk across Gilbert Lindsey Plaza to the LA Convention Center.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS 
Parking for the Los Angeles Convention Center, West Hall is located on L.A. Live Way.  Use the following driving directions to access the West Hall parking garages.  Parking rates are set by the Los Angeles Convention Center and the ASICS LA Marathon receive no compensation for parking.  For listed parking rates, please call the Los Angeles Convention Center at (213) 741-1151.

From the South

From 110 NORTH, transition to the 10 WESTExit immediately from the LEFT lane to PICO Blvd.The PICO off-ramp becomes L.A. Live Way.Continue on L.A. Live Way past Pico Blvd and proceed into parking garage.

From the North

From 110 SOUTH, exit at OLYMPIC Blvd.Turn LEFT at bottom of ramp onto BLAINE.Turn LEFT onto 11th St.Turn RIGHT onto L.A. Live Way and proceed into parking garage.

From the East

From 10 WEST, transition to the 110 NORTH (Downtown).EXIT at PICO Blvd.The PICO off-ramp becomes L.A. Live Way.Continue on L.A. Live Way past Pico Blvd and proceed into parking garage.

RACE DAY SHUTTLES

The easiest way to get to the Start Line is by taking one of our pre-race shuttles from Santa Monica or Union Station. Click Here for more information about our pre-race shuttles.

DROPPING OFF/PARKING AT DODGER STADIUM

Both parking and runner drop-off will be available at Dodger Stadium on race day. Vehicle access on race morning is ONLY permitted through the Golden State Gate (928 Academy Rd, Los Angeles, CA 90012), which is accessed from I-5. All other Dodger Stadium parking gates will be closed to vehicular traffic. 

DROPPING OFF AT DODGER STADIUM

If you are getting dropped off at Dodger Stadium on race morning, you must enter through the Golden State Gate accessible via I-5.

Use the LEFT lanes leading into the Golden State Gate and proceed to the Runner Drop Off Area in Parking Lot 4.

PARKING AT DODGER STADIUM

Parking at Dodger Stadium is available on race morning.  If you are parking a vehicle at Dodger Stadium, you must enter through the Golden State Gate, accessible via I-5.

Use the RIGHT lanes leading into the Golden State Gate and proceed to Parking Lots 1, 2, and 3.

NOTE: There is NO shuttle transportation from the Finish Line back to Dodger Stadium after the race.

Runner Info/Start Line

Once you’ve arrived at Dodger Stadium, know how to get around prior to the start of the race!

GEAR CHECK

Gear Check is located in Lot K at Dodger Stadium.  All gear checked at the Start Line will be transported to the Finish Line for pick up post-race. Due to heightened security reasons, you must use the clear plastic bag provided at the Expo for Gear Check.  Non-transparent bags, back packs, or luggage will NOT be accepted.  Do not check anything valuable or fragile in your bag as the ASICS LA Marathon is not liable for any loss or damage.  Gear Check closes promptly at 6:45 am.

SEEDED CORRALS

Seeded corrals will close at 7:00 am.  Runners that have qualified for a seeded corral must be in their appropriate corral by 7:00 am or they will not be permitted entry into the seeded corral.

RESTROOMS

Restrooms are located in the northeast corner of Parking Lot 6, in Parking Lot K, and inside Dodger Stadium on the Field level.

CROSSWALKS

Pedestrian access toward Dodger Stadium from the parking lots is permitted through two crosswalks, one located between Parking Lot F and Parking Lot G and the second located between Parking Lot 7 and Parking Lot G.  Crosswalk access closes at 7:00 am.  Please plan accordingly.

Runner Info/Finish Line

Once you’ve finished the ASICS LA Marathon, be sure you know where to meet your friends and family!

FAMILY REUNION

The Family Reunion Area is located on Ocean Ave between Broadway Ave and Colorado Ave.  Make arrangements to meet your family at one of the letters of the alphabet along Ocean Ave.

RUNNER PICK-UP ZONE

The Runner Pick-Up Zone is located on Ocean Ave between Moomat Ahiko Way and Pico Blvd.  Vehicles can access the Runner Pick-Up Zone from the east via Pico Blvd or from the south via Ocean Blvd.

HOTEL SHUTTLES (WRISTBAND REQUIRED)

For participants who booked hotels in Downtown LA and Beverly Hills via our Hotel Reservation Center, Hotel Shuttles will be staged at Santa Monica City Hall.  Hotel Shuttles require a wristband to board.  Hotel Shuttles will begin departing on a continuous basis at 11:00AM and will run until 4:00PM.
