RA 101, 5K Training-Coaster Run

How's it going, Snails?

You all were killing it at Legg Lake on Saturday! Woo hoo!  Awesome job regrouping too! Oh wait...we'll have work more on that.   

Six weeks ago, you started at 30 sec of running and 4.5 minutes of walking.  Now you are running for 2 minutes and walking for 3.  How do you feel after six weeks? Tonight, we are running for 35 minutes, Stage III intervals (2 min run: 3 min walk) with 15 min FT.   

This week's schedule: 

Monday: 35 min run + 15 min FT  

Tuesday: Cross Train

Wednesday: 35 min run + 15 min FT

Thursday: 25 min FT

Friday: Rest

Saturday: 50 min run

Sunday: Walk
