Nice run Saturday, the challenge was nothing that you couldn't handle as usual.
We just ended our second stage of out training and now we start the third stage.
This stage is the beginning of 6:1 Interval Ratios. "YES!" Now is when we really start running. "WOOOOO!"
Mondays Run will be a 45 minute run followed by 20 minutes of Foundation Training.
Monday's run will start with a 14 minute warm up run at a very easy pace using walk breaks at an interval ratio of 6:1. During the next 20 minutes we will run up and down the hills at a pace that is not hard but steady with as few walk breaks as possible. The final 6 minutes will be used as a cool down run.
