Well how was it? Monday's run wasn't so bad was it? The fear you had of the 6:1 Interval Ratio was for nothing because you handled it as if you were running it for a long time.
Wednesday's run will start with a 14 minute warm up with walk breaks at an Interval Ratio of 6:1. The next 20 minutes we run with 60 second surges every 3 minutes. The last 6 minutes will be used as a cool down.
Yes as you can see the intensity level is starting to rise so make sure your getting plenty of rest and eat well.
