Amazing how time flies, isn't it? Can you believe we've been training for seven weeks already? Can you believe the goal race is this Sunday?! OMG!
Today, we are starting Stage IV intervals where we will do more running than walking. How long, you ask? Great question. We are running for 35 min at 3 min run: 2 min walk intervals + 15 min FT. Don't even try and whine about it. I don't want to hear about how you're not ready either. I trained you to be ready for this and you are, okay?
This week's schedule:
Monday: 35 min run + 15 min FT
Tuesday: Cross Train
Wednesday: 35 min run + 15 min FT
Thursday: 30 min FT
Saturday: Sleep early
Sunday: COASTER RUN!!!!
