How did you like that course Saturday? If it didn't make you feel like you were running in San Francisco I don't know what would. That was a good 6 Mile Run, What did you think?
This coming Saturday's run will be an 8 Mile Run. Now that the runs are getting longer you should be experimenting with Gels and your pre-run meals.
This weeks schedule looks like this;
Sunday the 1st. of June - 3 Miles
Monday the 2nd. of June - 3 Miles + 20 Minutes of Foundation Training
Tuesday the 3rd. of June - Off
Wednesday the 4th. of June - 4 Miles + 20 Minutes of Foundation Training
Thursday the 5th. of June - 35 Minutes of Foundation Training
Friday the 6th. of June - Off
Saturday the 7th. of June - 8 Miles
Sunday the 8th. of June - 3 Miles
