It's our last week of 3:2's. So far, it hasn't been too bad, has it? We only have three more weeks left before I boot you out into RA 102. I also read an article recently in Runner's World online that I think you should take a look at. It raises some great points.
Tonight, we are running at Stage IV for for 35 minutes + 20 minutes of FT. Bring some small weights, if you can. We can use them for T's and Y's and other exercises.
This week's schedule:
Monday: 35 min run + 20 min FT
Tuesday: Cross Train
Wednesday: 40 min run + 20 min FT
Thursday: 30 min FT
Saturday: 55 min run
