RA 102 Spring Session

Hello Snails,

Great job everyone for completing a difficult run on Saturday. It was not easy, but were able to finish together.

On Monday. New intervals! That's right! We are running for 18 minutes at a pace using 7:2 ratio. Next 22 minutes is a easy pace run with no walk breaks. Use final 5 minutes as a cool down.

After our run, 25 minutes of Foundation Training.
