Are you ready Snails? Today we will increase our running duration to a full minute. We will decrease our walking to 4 minutes and run for 1 minute. Woohoo! It can be a scary step but it is a step worth taking. Believe in yourself and you'll be surprised what your body can do.
We will be running at a very easy pace for 30 minutes. Remember to breath nice and easy. You got this!
