RA101 - 5K Training Week 3 Session 2

Today we run another 30 minutes at a 4 minute walk and 1 minute run interval; at a very easy pace.  If during the run you are tensing up, shuffling your feet or just falling apart....do your posture reset.  The reset not only resets your posture but it brings your breathing back in control and settles your mind.  

Schedule at a Glance:

Wednesday - 30 min @ 4 walk/1 run.  Plus 10 min foundation training

Thursday - 20 min foundation training

Friday - REST
