Can you believe we are already finishing up our third week of our training? Look at the progress you have already achieved in less than one month. Amazing! Way to go Ladies!!! Keep up the great work. When you eat right and hydrate along with exercise your body will love you and will perform at a high level.
After our functional warm up we will head out for 35 minutes using our 4 minute walk and 1 minute run interval. This is our last week at 35 minutes so lets enjoy it. hahaha
