102-10K Training- Week 4 Session 1

Today we will be running for a total of 50 minutes. We have also graduated to new intervals! We will begin our run with an 18 minute warm-up (5 minute run/1 minute walk). For the next 21 minutes we will change to a 5:2 ratio, running hard for 5 minutes with a 2 minute recovery walk. The last 11 minutes of the run will be an easy cool down without walk breaks if possible.

To complete our workout we will do 15 minutes of Foundation Training.
