Happy August! Today is our last day of running 1 minute and walking for 4. You are all doing fantastic!!! Let's not worry about Monday's increase... concentrate on today. What are you working on? Posture, Midfoot, Cadence, Lean, or a route with less signals???
After our warm up we will head out for 40 minutes using our 4 minute run and 1 minute walk interval. We will finish off our morning with our cool down stretches.
