RA-201, Disney and San Francisco Half Marathon Training

Hi Runners,

First I want to congratulate all of the San Francisco Half Runners on their assault on the San Francisco landscape that couldn't hold our runners back. 

Good run Saturday everyone, those 8 miles where tough but you ran them like real half marathoners, good job. 

Our next run will be a 9 mile run which will be through the same area of the Not So Evil Eight Miler.

This weeks schedule for the Disney Group looks like this;

     Sunday the 27th. of July - 3 Miles

     Monday the 28th. of July - 4 Miles + 20 Minutes of Foundation Training

     Tuesday the 29th. of July - Off

     Wednesday the 30th. of July - 4 Miles + 20 Minutes of Foundation Training

     Thursday the 31st. of July - 30 Minutes of Foundation Training

     Friday the 1st. of August - Off

     Saturday the 2nd. of August - 9 Miles

     Sunday the 3rd. of August - Recovery

The schedule for the San Francisco Group looks like this;

     Monday the 28th. of July - Recovery

     Tuesday the 29th. of July - Off

     Wednesday the 30th. of July - Walk

     Thursday the 31st. of July - Walk

     Friday the 1st. of July - Off

Remember everyone that the weather is starting to get hot so you need to hydrate throughout the week to be well hydrated for the long slow runs on Saturday's. With the weather as hot as it's been also think about using sunscreen and lip balm to keep from burning your skin.
