RA101 - 5K Training Week 5 Session 3

Just because we are in a drought it doesn't mean you can stop drinking water.  As I said before, staying hydrated is essential.  It regulates our body temperature, lubricates joints, and transports nutrients throughout the body.  Do NOT allow yourself to become dehydrated.  Hydrate before, during, and after exercise.

Today we will run for 40 minutes using our 3 minutes walking and 2 minutes running interval.   

Schedule at a glance:

Friday - Rest

Saturday - 40 min @ 3 walk/2 run  

Sunday - Walk
