102-10K Training- Week 5 Session 2

Today we will be running for a total of 50 minutes. We will warm up for the first 18 minutes with a 5 minute run/1 minute walk interval. For the next 25 minutes we will run continuously without walk breaks if possible. This is the first time we've ran continuously for this long. If you need to take walk breaks please do so, but don't be afraid to step out of your comfort zone a little. We will cool down for the last 7 minutes of the run.

To complete our workout we will do 20 minutes of Foundation Training.
