Last weeks run was a good run, the weather was perfect. It would be nice if the weather would be the same all session long. We had a good run because of it.
Next weeks run will be a 5 Mile Run.
Next weeks schedule looks like this;
Monday the 4th. of August - 2 Miles + 15 Minutes of Foundation Training
Tuesday the 5th. of August - Off
Wednesday the 6th. of August - 3 Miles + 15 Minutes of Foundation Training
Thursday the 7th. of August - 30 Minutes of Foundation Training
Friday the 8th. of August - Off
Saturday the 9th. of August - 5 Miles
Sunday the 10th. of August - 3 Miles
Remember to Hydrate during the week leading up to your long run because you never know how the weather is going to turn out, so make sure to come prepared for your long runs.
