Currently, my daily goal is to walk 2 miles a day.
I consider myself an advanced beginner runner in the rough...very rough. I have run in the past, have read books on running etc, but have not been very successful in creating time on and consistency in me to focus on running.
To feel fit.
To feel fit and run a half marathon.
I go to the gym and do Bikram Yoga every now and then, like to hike when the weather is good.
