I run for fitness and fun (strangely).
I consider myself an intermediate runner. I learn new things about running daily.
In the short term, I would like for all of my 102 runners to have a great training experience and to successfully cross the finish line at their goal race!
My long term goal is to continue running without injury. I would like to run one more marathon in the next year or two. I would also like to continue to encourage people to run :)
In addition to running I practice yoga 3-4 times a week.
My name is Sydney and I love to run, practice yoga and watch football :)
