I run for fitness.
Although I've been running for years, I consider myself just an intermediate runner.
I want to run 6 miles between a 8.3 to 9 minute mile pace, if possible.
Get in good shape to run a marathon and not suffer.
I just started stand up paddle boarding and can't wait to do it again.
I've been living in the Monrovia area for a year now and I love finding new places to run. I run about 3 to 4 times a week when work permits it.
