Walk and Bike
Beginner for sure. I don't run at all. I'm up for the challenge.
3 months, dramatically increase my endurance and enjoy running the 5 K at the end of the 12 weeks. I will also loose about 20 pounds. YEA!
I'd like to enjoy regular runs and biking. Be able to comfortably run a 10 k , have amazing vitality and have lost 50 pounds.
some biking, my dog and I enjoy various activities including running with my bike. I love to swim but don't often have an opportunity.
I am an educator, I teach teachers. My summer is devoted to mentally and physically getting into shape. I'm determined to increase my endurance and enjoy running along with amazing vitality.
