I'm still a beginner and have ways to go, but am not quite the bloody beginner I was three months ago! ;-)
Increase my endurance.
To be able to run and run and run (like Forrest Gump).
I walk, hike, dance, and work out with weights.
I survived the RA 101, so why stop there and lose momentum? I think I'm now ready for the new challenge--RA 102 .
The academy has a wonderful, holistic approach to running. The sessions are structured to address the four important elements involved in healthy/”happy” running: Stamina, strength, flexibility, and coordination. I love the foundation exercises we do before and after each session.
